Structural review of one of Ghalib's ghazals غالب کی ایک غزل کا ساختیاتی جائزہ

Abstract

"Structuralism provides deep inside study of the cultural codes and conventions of a literature; either it is prose or poetry. It denotes its forming, formulating and devising structural elements. Since the time, Ferdinand de Saussure has laid the foundation of Structuralism, it has not only became hot topic of the linguistics but also many further developments have been made in post- structural era. In this article, the structural critique and analysis of a Ghazal (poetry genere) of the most famous poet of Urdu Ghazal, Mirza Ghalib is presented.
